An easy event to organize

Organizing a company activity means finding something that suits different personalities, experience levels, and interests. It also means arranging the practical details without turning the activity itself into another project.

StoryForgers takes care of the game. We provide a professional Game Master, prepare the adventure, explain the rules, and bring the characters and materials needed for the session. You provide the group and a suitable place to play.

Tell us your preferred date, location, number of participants, and the kind of occasion you are planning. We will help you find a practical setup, so you can be part of the event instead of spending the whole time managing it.

3.

Start your adventure

Your Game Master comes to your location or joins you online with the story, characters, and game materials. Take your seat, make your choices, and let the adventure begin.

  • To strengthen your team or break the ice
  • Get to know each other in a new way
  • Also for schools and libraries!

Your colleagues enter a self-contained D&D or tabletop RPG adventure led by a professional Game Master. Together, they explore an unfamiliar situation, meet memorable characters, make decisions, and discover how their choices change the story.

We take care of the preparation, rules, characters, and game materials. Complete beginners are welcome, and participants do not need to act, perform, or know anything about tabletop games before the event.

The session can use one of our existing adventures, include smaller adjustments for your occasion, or be developed around a custom idea. We discuss the format, additional preparation, and any related costs with you beforehand.

What our clients say:

Dayron is amazing! From our very first session, he has helped a bunch of inexperienced beginners learn to love this form of storytelling. His ability to perform different characters really draws us into the narrative. His knowledge of the game mechanics is fantastic and has helped us all learn the game. Overall, he is a great person and fits in like one of the family. I would tell anyone who is interested in D&D or wants to give it a try: Dayron is your guy!

Paulo

An amazing session! Everything was perfect. Béranger adapted really well to our beginner level. He gave us information whenever it was necessary without influencing our story too much. He was very friendly and encouraging. Everyone fully joined in and came away with a wonderful memory of the experience.

It was our first session, but we are already all thinking about doing another one!

Laura

We really enjoyed getting to play D&D for the first time. Beforehand, Bowie gave us plenty of information and answered our questions quickly. The game itself was very well prepared, and he gave everyone the space to do their own thing, experiment, ask questions, and play. There was a big difference in experience within our group of two adults and two 13-year-olds, but everyone got their moment and we had a wonderful time. Thank you!

Sandra

An activity everyone can join

A good company event should not depend on physical fitness, specialist knowledge, or being comfortable performing in front of colleagues. During a tabletop RPG, everyone participates from around the same table and can contribute in their own way.

Some players enjoy speaking as their character. Others prefer solving puzzles, making plans, noticing clues, or simply describing what they want to do. Both approaches work equally well. The Game Master explains what matters and keeps everyone involved without placing people under unnecessary pressure.

This makes the activity suitable for mixed groups containing enthusiastic gamers, complete beginners, quieter participants, and people who never expected to enjoy a fantasy adventure.

Shape it around the occasion

A tabletop adventure can become the main activity during a company outing, an evening program at an offsite, a department celebration, a holiday event, or a creative part of a conference or company day.

You can play one of our existing D&D one-shot adventures, request a particular atmosphere, or ask us to incorporate details connected to your organization or occasion. This could be a fantasy heist for a financial team, an expedition built around innovation, or a story celebrating an important company milestone.

Customization can range from a few recognizable references to a fully original scenario. The game should still feel like an adventure rather than a company presentation, so we make sure any business details fit naturally into the story.

One table or a full company event

A tabletop RPG is usually most comfortable with four to six participants per Game Master, although one table can accommodate up to eight players. This gives everyone enough opportunities to make choices and contribute to the adventure.

For larger company events, we can provide multiple Game Masters and divide participants across several tables. Groups can play separate adventures or take part in sessions connected through a shared theme or objective.

We can play at your office, event venue, retreat location, or online. Tell us your expected group size and location, and we will help determine a practical format. When collaboration and team dynamics are the main purpose of the event, explore our D&D team-building experience.
