Team building that feels like play

Many team-building activities ask people to perform, compete, or participate in exercises that can feel uncomfortable. A tabletop RPG works differently. Your team receives a shared situation, a common objective, and the freedom to decide how to approach it.

Some people naturally take the lead. Others observe, plan, negotiate, ask questions, or come up with an unexpectedly clever solution. There is room for different personalities without putting anyone on the spot.

The result is an activity that feels like a genuine game rather than another workplace exercise. Your colleagues communicate and collaborate because they want to discover what happens next.

  • To strengthen your team or break the ice
  • Get to know each other in a new way
  • Also for schools and libraries!

Your team steps into a self-contained D&D or tabletop RPG adventure led by a professional Game Master. Together, players investigate situations, make difficult choices, solve problems, and shape the story through their decisions.

We take care of the preparation, rules, characters, and game materials. The session can be adjusted to your team’s experience, preferred tone, occasion, and goals. Complete beginners are welcome, and no acting or gaming knowledge is required.

Depending on what you are looking for, you can choose from one of our existing adventures, request smaller adjustments, or ask us to create a custom scenario around your theme, organization, or idea. We discuss any additional preparation, possibilities, and costs with you beforehand.

What our clients say:

Dayron is amazing! From our very first session, he has helped a bunch of inexperienced beginners learn to love this form of storytelling. His ability to perform different characters really draws us into the narrative. His knowledge of the game mechanics is fantastic and has helped us all learn the game. Overall, he is a great person and fits in like one of the family. I would tell anyone who is interested in D&D or wants to give it a try: Dayron is your guy!

Paulo

An amazing session! Everything was perfect. Béranger adapted really well to our beginner level. He gave us information whenever it was necessary without influencing our story too much. He was very friendly and encouraging. Everyone fully joined in and came away with a wonderful memory of the experience.

It was our first session, but we are already all thinking about doing another one!

Laura

We really enjoyed getting to play D&D for the first time. Beforehand, Bowie gave us plenty of information and answered our questions quickly. The game itself was very well prepared, and he gave everyone the space to do their own thing, experiment, ask questions, and play. There was a big difference in experience within our group of two adults and two 13-year-olds, but everyone got their moment and we had a wonderful time. Thank you!

Sandra

A shared challenge with room for every personality

Tabletop roleplaying gives every participant their own character, abilities, information, and perspective. The group can only move forward by sharing ideas and deciding what to do together.

That does not mean everyone has to participate in exactly the same way. A quieter colleague can notice an important clue. A strategic thinker can organize a plan. A creative teammate can find an option nobody else considered. Someone who usually leads may discover that another person has exactly the right idea.

The Game Master keeps the story moving and makes sure every player has opportunities to contribute. This creates a balanced experience where the loudest person does not automatically control the entire activity.

Make the adventure your own

Every team is different, and sometimes the occasion calls for something more specific. If you have a theme, company milestone, inside joke, setting, or story idea in mind, we can adapt the session or create a custom adventure around it.

A team at a bank could take part in a high-stakes fantasy heist, while an arts organization might play a story about struggling creators working together to reach the top. We can also include recognizable company references, departments, products, values, or details connected to the occasion, as long as they fit naturally into the story.

Customization can be as small as adjusting the theme or adding a few personal details, or as extensive as creating a completely original scenario. More elaborate custom sessions require additional preparation, so we discuss the possibilities, timing, and price with you beforehand. You can also explore our D&D one-shot adventures to get an idea of the settings and stories we offer.

One table or a larger team event

A tabletop RPG works best with approximately four to six players per Game Master. This gives everyone enough attention and enough opportunities to take part.

For larger teams and corporate events, we can work with multiple Game Masters and divide participants across several tables. Each group can play its own adventure, or the tables can be connected through a shared theme or objective.

Sessions can take place at your office, event venue, retreat location, or online. Tell us your approximate group size and location, and we will help determine a practical format.
