We're Hiring: Community & Communications Coordinator
Community & Communications Coordinator (Remote - Part-time - Freelance)
StoryForgers works by connecting professional Dungeon Masters with groups of people who want to play Dungeons & Dragons, in all sorts of contexts: first time players, for schools, youth organisations, libraries, companies for teambuilding, and for special events.
Behind every session is careful coordination. We match Dungeon Masters based on the kind of group they will play with, and to ensure each session is an adventure! That’s where you come in.
We’re looking for an enthusiastic, TTRPG-loving Community & Communications Coordinator. A human voice who can connect DM’s and players, keeps them happy and booked and give our socials the love they deserve.
What you'll do:
Communication and relations (Customer and DM’s)
• Be the friendly face our customers talk to, answering their questions about D&D and their upcoming sessions.
• Match customers with the right Dungeon Master and schedule their sessions.
• Keep the overview across many moving pieces so nothing slips through the cracks.
• Help run our DM hiring process and onboarding.
• Be the go-to contact for our Dungeon Masters' day-to-day questions.
Social media & light marketing
• Give our Instagram (and a little LinkedIn) a consistent and characterful presence.
• Share the magic: sessions, DMs, behind-the-scenes moments.
Creative writing (a welcome bonus, but not required)
• If it's your thing, help dream up session adventures and characters.
Who we're looking for:
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Socially skilled, professional and interested in people.
• Organised and calm across many simultaneous tasks.
• Some working knowledge of TTRPGs (D&D especially).
• Experience with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, and the like) in correspondence and scheduling.
• Self-driven and reliable in a remote, flexible setup.
• Social media / content / marketing experience (Instagram especially) is a plus.
• Experience with Adobe tools, Canva, Excel, Word and similar are a plus
• Creative writing experience is an extra plus :)
The practical stuff:
• Type: Freelance, fully remote.
• Hours: Around 2 days per week, up to 70 hrs per month.
• Compensation: €987.70 per month for up to 70 hours (ex VAT).
What we offer:
• Independence, fully remote, flexible hours.
• You'll build real relationships with some of the best Dungeon Masters out there.
• Room for personal and professional development
• You’ll play D&D at the job
• Opportunity to express yourself and try out your ideas
• Grow as a Dungeon Master if you are one!
