How I run games

Player freedom/choice is very important to me, as is the "rule of cool". I want everyone to have fun during a session (me included) so I do my best to let my players do as they will, as long as they understand that there may be consequences to their in-game actions.

I never my fudge dice rolls, so in my games successes are earned, failures matter, and danger is real (player characters may die). But I will never give overwhelmingly difficult odds, as the goal of every session I run is we have fun together navigating the various in-game challenges/scenarios that tabletop RPGs present us with.

Finally, I love when my players come up with unique and creative strategies that defy my expectations and throw me for a loop. I welcome creative thinkers and strategists who enjoy solving problems in unusual ways.
